I became a customer of Brand New You after having a mastectomy in 2006.  I was apprehensive, somewhat embarrassed and didn't know what to expect about finding a breast prosthesis and bra.  Lori made the experience comfortable and actually pleasant through her friendly personality and fitting knowledge and experience.  She is compassionate and a perfectionist with respect to a client's feelings, physical comfort and appearance.  Brand New You's atmosphere is bright and cheery.  The fitting area is very private.  If the product you want is not in stock, the delivery time is quite prompt, usually just a couple of days.  Lori also carries a line of gorgeous bathing suits and swim prosthesis (yes, they are different from everyday ones) as well.

All in all, Lori and Brand New You have made my breast cancer experience less stressful.  No one can tell which side my mastectomy was on!  I would definitely recommend anyone in need of such services to contact Lori at Brand New You.
